		<description>please+dont+worry+%2Ci+am+50+and+the+amount+of+lumps+i+have+had+on+my+body+through+my+life+all+were+benign+not+cancerous.there+are+so+many+benign+lumps.if+youare+a+male+and+young+it+would+be+so+rare+for+you+to+have+a+cancer.check+it+out+anyway+for+your+own+peace+of+mind.its+probably+a+fatty+lump+or+cyst+both+these+are+safe+ones+to+have.cheers</description>

The doctor will order a bunch of labs, blood work to be done...if the numbers come back out of whack, then the doc will order more tests...
However, it might be a swollen, and/or infected lymph node...and when the doc does the blood work on you...if your white blood cells are elevated, that means there&#039;s an infection somewhere...most likely, the lymphnode under your arm, in your chest area...
It sounds like it&#039;s lymph because you mention that it swells up, then goes away...
Better to be safe than sorry...go and get checked out by the doctor...
